You pay in advance for the service and the minimum charge is £127 for up to 1,000 gallons/4546 litres of waste. It usually takes around 15 working days for the work to be completed, but during peak times this can be longer. See the current Cesspool emptying prices 2010-11 (

You can book and pay for the cesspool and septic tank service on-line or alternatively book the service over the phone by calling 01732 227000. Please note that for us to guarantee an emptying before the Christmas and New Year Holiday period, we must receive your booking by Friday 4th December at the latest. Bookings received after this date cannot be guaranteed to be completed before the holiday period.
