How to submit your pre-application
There are a few ways in which you can submit your pre-application:
Householder applications (application for alterations or extension to dwelling) - no fee required.

Other applications (requiring a fee)

Payment methods:
- Enclose cheque with your pre-application payable to 'Sevenoaks District Council'.
- If submitting your pre-application by email you can pay by the following methods - by credit/debit card over the telephone (please make sure you provided us with a contact telephone number. One of our staff will call you back to take your payment) or you can send a cheque to the address above, however this will need to be received within 2 days of your email otherwise your pre-application will be delayed and possibly returned.
- By cash, credit/debit card or cheque at the Sevenoaks planning reception.
