Research and Background Studies

In order to review the Local Plan and replace it with a Local Development Framework, it is necessary for the Council to research various background issues and produce studies on these. Listed below are a number of studies, along with a brief update on progress:

Urban Housing Potential Study (Urban Capacity Study): Complete. This is currently not available to download; it can be viewed in our Sevenoaks offices or purchased for £30.

Housing Market and Needs Assessment ( PDF 823K file details): Complete. A full copy is available at a cost of £30 from the Council.

Gypsy and Traveller Study ( PDF File 816KB file details): Complete. A full copy is available at a cost of £30 from the Council.
