The Council is keen to ensure that as many services are available online as possible. The links below provide access to the current online planning facilities.
PublicAccess for Planning is our on-line service that provides details of current planning applications. You can search for planning applications using a variety of criteria such as address, date and type, view application forms, plans and decisions, make a comment, search a weekly list and view property details and applications on a map.
To ensure we follow advice issued by the Office of the Information Commissioner please note that where a decision has been issued all documents except the Decision (including legal agreements and High Court Actions), Officer's report and Drawings are not now available to view on Public Access. If you wish to view documents not available on Public Access please email planning.information@sevenoaks.gov.uk or telephone us on 01732 227000 option 3. Please allow a minimum of 2 working days for us to deal with these requests.
Submitting applications online is now possible, you can submit and pay for planning applications on line via the Planning Portal after you have registered to use their service.
Reporting planning breaches can be done using the report a planning breach online form.
