PublicAccess for Planning is our on-line service that provides details of current and some historical planning applications.
Submitting applications online. Submit and pay for planning applications on line via the Planning Portal after you have registered to use their service.
Current planning policies developed either by the Council or by our partner bodies are available to view or download from this site.
Planning history can be provided for a specified site from 1948. You will be informed about dates and decisions of planning applications, building regulations and other decisions that affect the site together with relevant reference numbers.
Requests for planning documents can be made for items such as planning decision notices, letters, plans and building regulation decisions relating to sites within the Sevenoaks District.
Request Ordnance Survey maps or aerial photographs, which can be used for submission with Planning and Building Control applications.
