A final version is included for download below, along with the adoption statement and sustainability appraisal statement. A hard copy is available to be purchased from the Council.

A copy of the Inspectors report, including details of binding changes required that were made by the Council prior to adoption, can be downloaded below.
The Core Strategy is the key Development Plan Document in the District Council's Local Development Framework. It draws together the objectives of a wide range of plans, programmes and strategies and provides the overarching principles that will deliver the essential development needs of the District.
