09 February 2012The following list is planning applications received by the Council under the Town and Country Planning Acts. Copies can be seen during normal office hours at the Council's Sevenoaks Offices.
Applications in Ash-cum-Ridley, Crockenhill, Eynsford, Farningham, Fawkham, Hartley, Horton Kirby and South Darenth, Shoreham, Swanley and Hextable and West Kingsdown can also be seen at the Swanley Contact & Information Office.
Applications in Edenbridge, Cowden, Hever and Chiddingstone parishes can be seen on Thursdays (call the Council on 01732 227000 for opening times) at the Edenbridge Planning and Benefit Surgery.

To comment on an application, please write no later than ten days from the publication date of this list to the Strategic Services Director, P.O. BOX 183, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1GN or e-mail planning.comments@sevenoaks.gov.uk.
Please quote the application reference code and your property address.
Submission of details (Suffix "DETAIL") relate to applications already granted conditional permission and are included for information only and not for consultation purposes.
When the Development Control Committee considers an application, comments received will be brought to the attention of the Committee. Under the Access to Information Act, these comments may be made known to other parties dealing with an application and available publicly once a decision is made.
