Nuisance and Noise

Nuisance and noise
The law says that people who occupy a house or land have a right to enjoy their property without unreasonable interference from others, but every year we receive many complaints about things that neighbours do, such as being noisy or having smoky bonfires, which are disturbing the life of others. Often a lack of consideration and understanding between neighbours is at the root of the problem and sometimes we just become overly sensitive to the actions of a neighbour.
