08 January 2009Starting on Friday 9th January 2009, this new and exciting weekly class is a an hour of gentle paced yoga for parents or carers with children aged 0-5yrs at the Edenbridge Children's Centre. FREE creche places will be provided for children aged 0-5 yrs. All places are limited and must be booked; for both class booking and creche bookings, call the Children's Centre on 01732 864045.
This class aims to provide parents with an opportunity to exercise their mind and body without any childcare worries. The class is £3.00 per person, which includes free a creche place.
This healthy lifestyle initiative is organised by Sevenoaks District Council in partnership with Kent County Council and is funded by NHS West Kent as part of the National Choosing Health agenda, which aims to make healthy choices easier.
