08 January 2009The Older Lifestyle Group is based in Edenbridge and meets every Wednesday at the Edenbridge Centre (Four Elms) to offer healthy lifestyle information, activities and advice for anyone over the age of 65. The group starts at 11.30, finishes at 1.00pm and costs just £1 which is payable on the day.
The group sometimes also have a guest speaker who offers advice on topics such as safety in the home, crafts, fall prevention exercises and specific health matters. The group aims to enhance physical, emotional and social well-being of older people to support independent living.
Minibus transport is provided (if required) please contact us in advance to arrange.
