08 January 2009The Choosing Health project is delivered as part of the key priorities within the Sevenoaks District Sustainable Community Action Plan and the Department of Health's National 'Choosing Health' Agenda, which aims to make healthy choices easier.
The Choosing Health funding received from NHS West Kent aims to improve the health and wellbeing of people living, working and visiting the Sevenoaks District through targeted initiatives in the community in identified areas of need.
