21 August 2008Cabinet, Performance and Governance Committee (P&G) and Select Committee agendas are issued at least five working days before the date of the meeting at which they will be considered.
For example, if a meeting was held on Thursday, 18th October 2007, the agenda would be available for inspection in reception in the Council Offices at Argyle Road, Sevenoaks on Wednesday, 10th October 2007.
Minutes are published following a meeting. Cabinet minutes are available within two working days of a meeting taking place. Minutes from all other formal meetings of the Council are usually published within two weeks of the meeting.
