09 February 2012Council and committee agendas are issued at least five working days before the date of the meeting at which they will be considered.
Minutes are published following a meeting. Cabinet minutes are available within two working days of a meeting taking place. Minutes from all other formal meetings of the Council are usually published within two weeks of the meeting.
Agendas, reports and minutes for all formal meetings of the Council can be viewed on the Council's Committee Management Information System.
As well as being available at the Council Offices in Sevenoaks or the Contact and Information Centre in Swanley, agendas, papers and reports can also be inspected at:
