Best Value reviews
The purpose of Best Value reviews is to ensure that the services provided by the Council are delivered fairly across all sections of the community using resources in the most effective way.

Internal Service Inspections (ISIs)
A new programme of Internal Service Inspections (ISIs) began in 2006-7.
