Best Value User Satisfaction Surveys are carried out every three years by all councils in accordance with Audit Commission methodology.
From August 2006 to March 2007, Sevenoaks District Council carried out surveys covering three areas: The General survey (satisfaction with a wide range of Council services), satisfaction with the planning service and satisfaction with the benefits service.
