Sevenoaks District Council aims to put as much information about its services and information and links to other public services with a connection with the District, on this website as is possible. We also aim to provide as many services on-line as is practical.
Every effort is taken to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and up-to-date and that all on-line services are in working order. However, from time-to-time problems do arise that we are not always aware of.
Problems with this site

Contacting the Council via this website
If you e-mail the Council or complete one of our on-line forms, we will aim to contact you within two working days to confirm we have received your communication.
Depending on the nature of your enquiry we aim to respond to you within 10 working days. However, for with more complex matters, we may take longer although we will tell you when you can expect a response.
