The Sevenoaks District Community Planning Partnership was formed in March 2004 to co-ordinate and monitor delivery of the Action Plan against the key aims and agreed actions. In 2008 it became the Sevenoaks District Local Strategic Partnership. It is made up of representatives from the following organisations who work closely together:
All lead agencies have agreed to be reponsible for delivering targets within the Plan and they provide monitoring information about their work to the Partnership on a quarterly basis.
