All lead agencies have agreed to be responsible for delivering targets within the Plan and they provide monitoring information about their work to the Partnership on a quarterly basis.

Delivering the Community Plan
The Local Strategic Partnership is the body responsible for ensuring that the Sustainable Community Action Plan is delivered. To help do this, the LSP has set up a small Community Plan Delivery Fund.
