06 January 2009People and businesses who trade in second-hand goods within Sevenoaks District require a registration certificate available from Kent County Council Trading Standards. In addition they are required to record certain transactions.
In addition some ‘occasional sales’ such as boot fairs, markets and one-day sales, requiring organisers of these events to provide advance notification and to keep records of sellers attending.
