May 2010 - Mandatory Conditions

From 6 April 2010 a new set of Mandatory Conditions came into force for premises with the sale of alcohol either 'on' the premises or 'on and off' the premises but not for 'off sales' only. Please select the following links to view the Home Office leaflets:

July 2009 - Removing the condition requiring a Designated Premises Supervisor to be attached to the premises licence for a Community Hall

On the 29 July 2009, new legislation came into force which, in effect, means a Designated Premises Supervisor is no longer required to be the named person on licence. This can be changed to be the management committee of a community premises.
