Licensing Enforcement Policy

This Enforcement Policy is intended to fairly and firmly enforce the legislation in a consistent and transparent manner, and in accordance with the four licensing objectives:

• Prevention of crime and disorder
• Public safety
• Prevention of public nuisance
• Protection of children from harm

Adopted in July 2006, this Policy includes:
