On 1 January 2010 Sevenoaks District Council, Tunbridge Wells Borough Council and Maidstone Borough Council formed the Licensing Partnership to process and issue licensing applications.

The Licensing Partnership has a central administration based at Sevenoaks, with Licensing Officers located at each local licensing authority, together with administration support to deal with people visiting the Gateways.

Your personal data may be used by any of the local authorities, which make up the Licensing Partnership, for the purpose of processing your licensing application, statistical returns to Government bodies and as part of the National Fraud Initiative. However, your personal data will not be used for any other purpose without your prior consent, except as permitted under the Data Protection Act 1988.

You can follow the progress of a licensing application, view application details (including plans but not the normal opening hours) and view historic applications.
