Non-Domestic Rates e-billing service
What is e-billing?
E-billing is the new way to receive your Non-Domestic Rates bill. Instead of getting a traditional paper bill through the post we will send you an e-mail with a link which will enable you to view your bill and charges leaflets through the Council’s website (www.sevenoaks.gov.uk).
What are the benefits of e-billing?
E-billing provides a faster, more efficient, environmentally friendly, and convenient way to receive and check your bills. Here are some of the advantages:
How do I register for e-billing?
All you need to do is e-mail revenues.selfservice@sevenoaks.gov.uk or telephone the Local Tax section on 01732 227000 and request your on-line access login details as well as register for e-billing. We will then advise you by post of your User ID and Password. From that point onward you can start using the internet to browse information relating to your account, including viewing your e-bills and charges leaflets. Other information you may find useful once registered for on-line access is the facility to view details on how your Non-Domestic Rates has been calculated, any payments you have made, any balances outstanding and your current instalments due.
Can the bill be sent to more than one e-mail address?
E-billing can be set up for one e-mail address per liable person. If you have more than one liable person on the account they can have a different e-mail address to the lead liable person.
What if my circumstances change?
